Overview: Sequential Order Numbers Pro is a WooCommerce extension that enhances the functionality of your WooCommerce site by allowing you to have incrementing order numbers rather than random ones. Additionally, you can set a starting number, order number length, custom prefix and/or suffix, and skip-free orders, giving you full control over your shop’s order numbers.

Usage: When using this plugin order id will different, so you need to use [ec_woo_order_id]  shortcode for getting sequence order number. 

Woo Order Note template

Overview: This plugin provides the functionality to create WooCommerce order notes templates and use these templates to add notes (customer note or private note). The notes can be added to customer orders on the main shop order page of WooCommerce.

Usage: Please use [ec_woo_customer_notes] or [ec_woo_customer_provided_note]  shortcodes for showing information correctly 

Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce

Overview: Allows the customer to choose a delivery date & time on the checkout page. Date Settings, Time Settings, Appearance & Black-out dates allow the site owner to decide which dates should be made available for delivery.

Usage: You can add a delivery date for customers’ orders. Please use [ec_woo_order_delivery_date] shortcode for getting that information

WooCommerce Shipping Tracking

Overview: WCST allows your clients to easily track their orders. You will be able to associate with every order a shipping company and a tracking number. WCST will display tracking info (Company URL and tracking code) directly in the “Complete Order” email and “View Order” page. Your clients just clicking on the link generated by WCST will easily track their orders. Tracking URL (where possible, if the company allows that) will automatically redirect to the company site where the user can automatically track the shipping status according to the associated tracking code.

Usage: You can add information using below shortcodes : 

  • Tracking number -> ec_woo_wcst_tracking_number_N
  • Dispatch date -> ec_woo_wcst_dispatch_date_N
  • Custom text -> ec_woo_wcst_custom_text_N
  • Company name -> ec_woo_wcst_company_name_N

Tracking information will load according to your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE : 

N – showing a number of your tracking information. You can show multiple tracking information in your emails.

For example: 

You have 2 tracking information for the order. If you want to show the first of tracking information, in this case, N will 1, so [ec_woo_wcst_tracking_number_1]. If you want to use the second one, you need to use [ec_woo_wcst_tracking_number_2]. 

If you are using one tracking information, in this case, N will equal 1.

Usage: You can add information using below shortcodes : 

  • Coupon code -> ec_woo_coupon_code_N
  • Coupon amount -> ec_woo_coupon_amount_N
  • Coupon expire date -> ec_woo_coupon_expire_date_N

IMPORTANT NOTE : 

N – showing a number of coupons in the order. The customers can use multiple coupons in orders.

For example: 

Order has 2 coupon. If you want to show the first of coupon information, then, N equals 1, so [ec_woo_coupon_code_1]. If you want to use the second one, you need to use [ec_woo_coupon_code_2]. 

If the order will include just one order in this case, N will equal 1.
