How to use product recommendation in emails?

It is so simple, add ec_woo_related_items short code to your email content. By default after adding that short code you will see like below :

Making any changes you need to go settings tab.

1. Do you have any plugin for security which is block sending HTML?

If yes, please go to settings in that plugin and allow to send HTML . Otherwise you have some problems.

2. How can I show product image?

Go to the builder page, then click the Settings tab, at the below you will see Show product image option. You need the only set it true. And also you can adjust the image height as per your requirement. 

After changing you will see like below.

3. Is it possible change the email width? 

Yes surely. For doing it just go to the Settings tab. 

4. How to Change Panel Position?

For doing it just go to the Settings tab and change the panel position

5.How to Change Background Color of Template?

 Go to Settings tab in the panel, and change the background color of email. Also, you can change content background color . 

6. How to change row background color?

Please select row which do you want to change background color.

7. How to clear canvas?

Please just click the Blank Page button in the header controls.

The Email Customizer for WooCommerce  suggest several ways for testing your template :

1. Send Test Email 

Our plugin uses wp_mail function for sending emails. If you want to test your email template, you need correct configure your wp_mail. With the help of some plugins you can do it very easily. For example, WP Mail SMTP plugin

2. Email Preview

This feature helps you test your email without sending any email.

3. Export Template and test it manually

You can download your template as a HTML and test it any browser or send it manually to some email address for testing. You can find export functionality on the top right menu second option. 

You do not need to waste your time sending emails and control them. If you want to see the final version of your template please click the Preview button from the top right menu.

Note: Preview shows the final version of your template. If you turn off the replace email functionality, in this case, you will see the default email template. Before checking the Email Preview, make sure that you enable replace email functionality.

By default, after activating the Email Customizer, it will customize all email types automatically.

If you want to disable it for a while, you can turn off it. For example, you have a live website and you want to create your templates, then test them. No problem, it is so easy. In this case, you need just switch off replace email feature. When creating templates just enable it and enjoy your emails.

This feature located in the settings tab -> general settings section . 

The plugin gives you 2 opportunity:

1. Enable/disable specific email type. For doing it you need select email type from dropdown then navigate to settings. 

2. Enable/disable all email types at once. For doing it you need just navigate to settings. 

1. Upload via WordPress Admin

After downloading files from CodeCanyon, unzip the file , in there you will see file. It is the main plugin file. For installing go to the Plugins page, click the Add new button, then upload plugin. After uploading plugin please activate it.

2.Upload via FTP Server

For uploading, via FTP you need desktop software. We recommend using FileZilla. After downloading files from CodeCanyon, unzip the file, in there you will see an file. It is the main plugin file. Unzip that file then start uploading plugin to /wp-content/plugins/ folder. Then go to the WordPress Plugins -> Installed Plugins and activate a plugin.
